Pricing
Two meters, and you pick the one that fits. Pay a flat fee for the business, or pay per person who signs in. A small team usually pays less per user; the moment you have casual or seasonal staff, a flat fee stops you rationing who gets an account.
Indicative. Nothing is on sale yet, and these figures will move before anything is. They are here so you can judge the shape of it rather than guess.

Before you ask
- Can I buy this today?
- No. Hallio is in active development and not yet generally available. Ask for a walkthrough and you get a straight answer on timing rather than a waiting list.
- Which of the two should I pick?
- Count the people who will sign in. Below the figure on each card, per user is cheaper; above it, the flat fee is. If your headcount moves with the season, take the flat fee anyway: it is the one that stops you deciding whether somebody is worth an account, and a roster with half the staff missing is not a roster.
- Do you take a percentage of payments?
- No. You connect your own payment provider and their fees apply. Hallio records what was charged and what was paid; the money never passes through us.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- You export it. Bookings, clients, invoices and documents come out as CSV and PDF, without asking anyone. It is stored in the EU for as long as you are here and deleted when you are not.
